2. Use personal stories when you need an example. Share your experience with an approach, a product or a person to capture minds and hearts.
3. Your opening and your close should be nearly memorized. What they hear first and last lingers the longest.
4. If you plan to show a video, offer a preview. Give a quick summary of what listeners will see and why they should care.
