Can your cell phone make you a better presenter?

The answer is YES!! Using just a few features on your cell phone allows you to practice in private and make revisions before you rehearse with your team.

1. Turn on the STOPWATCH to ensure that you’re within your time budget. If it beeps and you’re still talking, cut content. Most presenters underestimate their timing by 50%.

2. Go to MEMOS. Instead of reminding yourself to pick up milk, record what you plan to say in your presentation and listen to the playback. Too fast? TMI? Monotone? Delete the recording and you get a do over!

3. Turn on the VIDEO feature and do a dry run of your presentation. It’s a quick way to determine if your content and delivery are good to go or need more work.
